My family’s kitchen used to be small and uninviting
to our family of 7. With a busy household we needed a
functional kitchen that was spacious enough for our family
to enjoy a meal together as well as inviting too for the
entertainment of guests. We called JD Francis and worked
with them to get our idea for our new kitchen down on
paper. The attention they gave to the detail our idea
enhanced our new kitchen to look beyond anything we could
have imagined. The details they put into the floors, cabinetry,
counters and the furniture that adorns the room is remarkable.
In the end we got more than just a new kitchen, we built
an addition to our home that will bring enjoyment and

Being a chef I like to
cook and entertain in my home. My townhouse had lots
of space and a large kitchen, but was lacking the potential
of being the festive area I had hopes for. I called
JD Francis and asked them if the possibilities of making
my kitchen and dinning room one to create a Tuscan style
kitchen with a dining area that had the look of an outdoor
bistro was possible. After removing the wall separating
the two rooms and extending my living space JD Francis
took imagination to a new level of creation. My kitchen
now consists of multi level flooring to provide a wonderful
cooking area separate from a presentation area that
is furnished with an Edwardian design bar and fixtures.
The dinning area has one grand dining table for large
party entertainment and bistro style tables built into
the surrounding walls for parties and individual dinning.
It is a kitchen fit for a chef and JD Francis made it
possible. Thank You!

I own a decent sized house with small amount of property
and have always had the idea to design my lawn to seize
the essence of a wildlife retreat. Because the size
of my front and back property I thought it would be
impossible to incorporate a deck, pond and garden area
into my idea. JD Francis took my idea knocked down the
dividing lines of my front and back lawns and opened
it up into one large area. My property now appears to
have doubled in size and has enabled them to include
a wrap around desk that extends around 3 quarters of
my home over looking a beautiful pond, and garden areas
designed for a walk through nature. Thank you for bringing
the beauty of nature to my home.

In our home the living space is small
and quaint, but is designed for a family of 2 instead
of a family of five. With the size of our property being
larger than our home itself we found it time to place
an addition on our home to maximize our space. JD Francis
helped us customize an extraordinary addition allowing
us to create a new dinning and family area. With that
new space it left the other areas of the house to serve
our other needs such as creating separate rooms for
each of my children. Our home and our family have gone
through a complete transformation and JD Francis brought
comfort and functionality back into our home.
